Layne’s Bio:

   Cattle rancher, retired Assistant District Attorney for Angelina and Harris Counties, B.S. in Communications and J.D., both from the University of Texas, Austin. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Naranjo Museum of Natural History, member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of East Texas.
